Stone Painting & Nature Art Workshop
Express your creativity through a nature-inspired stone-painting workshop. Explore colours, patterns, and artistic ideas in a hands-on activity inspired by Shergaon’s landscapes and biodiversity.
About this Offering
Creative workshops offer an engaging way to combine artistic expression with environmental learning. Stone painting allows participants to experiment with colours, patterns, and nature-inspired designs while developing an appreciation for creativity and the natural world.
Stone painting was among the activities reported during the 2025 Seinthuk Nature Camp organised by Garung Thuk in collaboration with the Shergaon Forest Division and WTI. The camp brought together students, experts, researchers, conservationists, and photographers for environmental education.
A visitor-friendly version of this activity could include guided painting, nature-inspired themes, and opportunities to create a small artwork to take home. The workshop could be suitable for families, students, and visitors interested in creative activities.
Partners & Community Collaboration: Garung Thuk, Shergaon Forest Division, and WTI were collaborators in the documented nature-camp programme. A facilitator and participating partners for any future public workshop must be confirmed.
Visitor Information: Confirm venue, materials, duration, age suitability, facilitator, and fee. Use responsibly sourced materials rather than removing stones from sensitive natural areas.
